Insurance Carrier Updates
Starting with September 1, 2011 bills, small groups (2-50) will no longer be eligible for reinstatement if they are terminated for non-payment of their monthly premium bill.
Groups that do not remit full premium due by end of 30-day grace period will be auto-terminated with no reinstatement.
